As digital natives the employees of softgarden already started a long time ago to design and program web technologies. Regarding the playfully intuitive approach to new technologies softgarden belongs – especially because it is so young – to the most experienced providers of e-recruiting solutions.
At the beginning there was the German research centre for artificial intelligence from the University of Saarbrucken – the birthplace of softgarden. Starting as an agency for digital communication, softgarden has successfully evolved to a company for unusual e-recruiting solutions since 2000.
Meanwhile softgarden has two locations: The software development and system support located in Saarbrucken. Consultation, product development and conception as well as the softgarden.lab can be found in Berlin. Logically, that development would not be possible without the help of competent partners.
With Personalwerk an experienced expert in personnel marketing is on board – the recruitment marketing agency acquires an financial interest of 30% of softgarden since 2006. With good reason as our refrences are nothing to sneeze at.
