Dominik Faber was born with entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for technology. What started with tinkering with old Ataris emerged to studies of computer linguistics and commercial informatics. The pioneer and founder of softgarden is the driving force for the integration of novelties, especially out of the social media section. It’s kind of obvious that the passionate discoverer of new business models confines himself only to one area: incidentally he founded and developed further start-ups. Oh and by the way he is also a member of the EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization).

The technological brain of softgarden. Stefan Schüffler converges the wires of all new technologies of softgarden. After the finished studies of applied informatics the freshly graduated qualified computer scientist founded a hard- and software business next to softgarden. Very good, as in addition to computer graphics, ray tracing and algorithms the enginieer of softgarden will bring a lot of specialised IT knowledge onto your computer screen.
Dieter Berz

Concentrated IT knowledge in a scientific head. Even during his studies of national economy, social science and philosophy in Frankfurt and Saarbrucken Dieter Berz kept a wary eye on the developments in the IT area. No surprise that his first job was in the IT department of an insurance company. After positions at PA Consulting and Accenture Dieter Berz can look back upon more than 17 years of experience in the European IT Industries, be it provider or user based. Today he manages the company “Cognizant” in Germany and central Europe. The scientist in him still exists: That one is cooperating with the TU Darmstadt concerning questions of Global Sourcing.
