Via the job portal which is integrated into the website of Roland Berger all open positions are announced and applicants can directly apply online. The handling of the incoming applications is facilitated due to the application management functionalities of taloom.

Sanofi-Aventis is one of the worldwide leading pharmaceutical companies. In Germany approximately 10,000 employees work at the locations Frankfurt am Main, Berlin and Cologne. They are work within research and development, production and fabrication, marketing and sales as well as in supporting functions. Since October 2009 Sanofi-Aventis recruits new employees via taloom.
The job portal of taloom has been seamlessly integrated in the company’s website. Furthermore an internal job portal has been established which is only accessible for employees via the intranet.

The JENOPTIK AG is a specialist for photon and mechatronical technologies and is among the market and technology leader within special areas. Next to the headquarters of JENOPTIK in Jena, the company is operating at a lot of other locations in Germany and in almost 70 additional countries. The company employs 3,400 people.
Since 2008 JENOPTIK has been using taloom as software for the entire recruitment process.

The creative interactive agency argonauten_g2 recruits with taloom since 2007. Of course the argonauten did not insist to implement the job portal in flash. Thanks to the surface of taloom this was possible.
The agency receives various applications which can be processed quickly thanks to the application management functionalities of taloom. Furthermore, the argonauten are using taloom as freelancer pool.
