What does the applicant want? How do you feel when searching for a new job, when applying online, when having an interview etc. We would like to know that and analyse the candidate experience by using the design-thinking-model.

Of course! We also deal with social media. Right now it’s the trend of personnel recruiting. But why that? For more than one year we drill down to it and share our experience with HR manager by hosting social media workshops.
