taloom is graphically adapted to your corporate design so that candidates won’t notice any difference.

The job market provides to the candidates a quick acces to the job offers. The research form will be individually adapted to the structure of your company. Through modern technologies such as AJAX, the candidate can narrow his research in configuring several filters. With the recommendation function the candidate can transfer a job offer to his friends.

With the taloom multi-posting function you can of course publish jobs offers directly on your job portal. The job offers will be displayed according your corporate design and will be available for download as a PDF file.

Application forms can be fitted together in target group or similar job (see Editor). Thus the candidate will have to fill only field that are relevant for him. Multilevel lists also improve the usuability. The application form accepts different size and kind of files in order to facilitate the upload of certicates, diplomas and other documents.
Of course, the application process can be interrupted at any time so the candidate can log out and connect later to proceed his application process: his data will remain stored.

The job portal is implemented using a Content Management System (Typo3). This allows you to modify any text content directly on your job portal.

Each candidate is given a personal area showing applications in process and already sent one. If you invite a candidate to an interview or any other event the appointement will appear on his personal area.

The job portal will be suited to your company domain name (eg. jobs.yourcompany.com) Thus the candidate will always see that he´s still at your place. That’s quite important for privacy reasons!

The entire job portal is available in several languages: stay international.

All the possibilities that external applicants can use are also available as an internal job portal for your employees. Embedded in the Intranet and additionally secured, they can inform themselves about internal job offers and apply directly online.
