It can be so easy… A simple birthday greeting to an interesting candidate (eg. former intern, unsolicited good application, etc.) and your compamy will appear as a potential employer in providing a so-called Touch Point. For example birthday greetings, details to a specific event or new related jobs offers can be sent to the appropriate candidates. Furthermore, the campaign manager can generate system informations such as newsletter.

The extensive search functionnality from taloom will help you to regroup applicants into groups following certain charateristics (eg. Data from the CV). Thus you can target candidate tat will finish theiir studies in 6 month and provides them the appropriate informations.

Stay in touch efficiently with interesting candidates in inviting them to corporate events. For this you need the basic data from the candidate to print then for example the desk name sign. Here you can use the export function from taloom: all you have to do is simply to export and transfer quickly data as Excel or PDF.

You can also stay in touch with an interesting candidate on the Web 2.0 but more especially via the social networks. We have developed therefore an interface for Facebook. So you can introduce yourself and you company for specific target group on a Facebook fan page and invite candidates to visit it. To be able to deliver an individual speech to interesting candidates is crucial. Therefore you can create with taloom for each target group your own page content directly on the job portal. Indeed you cannot communicate in the same way to candidates who just have finished their university degrees and previous interns or trainees who are welcome (if they were good) to work again in the company.
